Option 1. Home Child Care Provider Pilot (NOC 4411)
Option 2. Home Support Worker Pilot(NOC 4412)
- Through these pilots, you will get an open work permit to come to Canada and work temporarily.
This work permit is an occupation-restricted (so you have to work in that specific occupation),
and you don not need a LMIA to obtain this work permit.
Pin points:
- You can change your employer while working on same occupation. Also, you can work for more than one employer.
- Your family members (spouse, children) will be eligible to accompany you and will be eligible to apply for open work permits and/or study permits.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements.
- You must have a Job offer in Canada in order to get a work permit.
- You must meet Canadian Language Benchmark level 5 in order to apply for work permit.
- You must have Canadian post-secondary education or foreign equivalent credential to be eligible.
- Once you get a work permit, you will need to get two years work experience in Canada in order to apply for your permanent residency.
